1. Plugin Licensing 

PluginOps All Plugins & Extensions, Unless stated are licensed under GNU (General Public License) Version 2.0 or later. 

2. Warranty

Products & Services sold & distributed by PluginOps are done in hope to  be useful for the user but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY.

WordPress functions correctly on a clean install of itself, PluginOps Products are guaranteed to function on a clean install of minimum required version WordPress. Because the number & variety of WordPress plugins is vast & wide, we do not guarantee that the PluginOps products will function properly with all third party plugins & themes. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software.


3. Support

PluginOps sells and distributes Products & Services "as is" and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party plugins, themes & services.

Support for plugins sold and distributed by PluginOps is only available for those who have an active, paid extension license.

Support & license are granted for one year starting from the time of purchase.  After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active. 


4. Automatic Updates

Automatic updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key for products purchased.


5. Products Usage

PluginOps grants each customer one or more non-transferable license to use the software for internal use.

Where the license allows the software to be used on multiple sites the license holder may not sell the originally purchased license key provided by PluginOps to other users. PluginOps will only provide support 7 services to origianl license holder with legitimate license, and will consider any other uses of license as fraudulent.


9. Price Changes

 PluginOps reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a Products price without prior notice or consent. Prices of existing active licenses will not be subject to change.


10. Refund Policy

We firmly believe and stand behind our plugins 100%.

The Refund Process is based on 2 steps:

Step 1 – Before opening a refund ticket regarding a technical issue or any other problem please:

  • Access the documentation for our plugins. Here you can find useful information regarding how the plugins are working and what you can do with them.
  • Open a support ticket where you can explain your inconvenience – allow us to adequately try and assist you in fixing the issue. Explain what were you looking for and didn’t find in our plugin. Your detailed feedback can help us optimize and build a better product in the future.
  • If you have any pre-sales questions, please get in touch and we’ll gladly let you know if our plugin is the right fit for your project.

Step 2 – If your issue can’t be solved in Step 1 and you decide to move forward with the refund we will gladly provide a refund within 14 days of the original purchase. Please note that after 14 days from the purchase date no refunds can be processed also issues/conflicts caused by third party plugins or themes will not prove grounds for a refund.

Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Client Acceptance Terms.

Refund requests may take up to 15 working days to process.

Requests with incomplete or inaccurate information will be disregarded.

Refunds will only be provided within the first fourteen (14) days of purchase, There will be no refunds for partial months of service or for periods in which your subscription remains active but you do not use the services. Refunds will only be granted for the original license purchase and DO NOT APPLY to product upgrades or renewals.

We reserve the right to change or modify the current refund policy with no prior notice. All refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of PluginOps.

11.  License Agreement

By purchasing our product, you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. PluginOps reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
